This is a calling quest. Calling quests encourages players to engage in various content in different areas in Shadowlands. At any time there are 3 callings available, and all players, regardless of Covenant has the same objectives, eventhough the name of the quest can vary.

This specific quest ID is for players who have chosen the Venthyr covenant. The quest is both started and ended at The Accuser in your covenant sanctum, Sinfall. Other players will have the same objectives with the following IDs

Kyrian players, see Challenges in Revendreth.
Necrolords players, see Challenges in Revendreth.
Night Fae players, see Challenges in Revendreth.

To complete this quest, either travel to Revendreth and complete the specific world quest Destroy the Dominant which can be found in the north-west corner of Revendreth, or complete any of the dungeons that are found in Revendreth, which are Sanguine Depths or Halls of Atonement, on any non-keystone difficulty (Normal, Heroic, or Mythic).

The "Challenges in X" Calling quests can be completed in Mythic + Dungeons (in addition to lower difficulty dungeons but I could not find it listed anywhere if Mythic+ dungeons awarded credit so I came here to fix that) relevant to their respective zones.

The fast way to complete this quest is by doing the World Quest Destroy the Dominant in Revendreth.

If you are on the Venthyr Campaign Chapter 7 Confronting Sin and have not finished it. The Accuser is invisible and you cannot get the Calling quest.

Description

Those that have taken up arms against us in the name of Sire Denathrius and the Jailer have turned their backs on us all. Some are mere pawns in this game, others command them. Those that lead the charge of this crisis bear the greatest responsibility. They are the mightiest of Denathrius's allies, and they must be brought to justice. I accuse these souls of sins against the Shadowlands. Mete out justice in the name of Revendreth.
