As much as I appreciate Blizzard finally implementing a way to decorate your Garrison for the holidays... did they have to put this goblin and her table right smack dab in the middle of the central area of the base?

It really detracts from the atmosphere, which is literally the exact opposite of what this NPC was added to do in the first place. I hope they move her soon to somewhere less in the way.

Hallow's End doesn't start until October 18, why is this NPC in my garrison now, taunting me with goodies I can't buy for weeks yet?

Are the decorations one time consumables? It would be nice if they weren't.
They could be toys only usable in their set holidays, e.g. the Creepy Crawlers only usable during Hallow's End and the Imported Trees only usable during Winter Veil.

Also, can anybody confirm how long the decorations last after you use them?

This merchant is only available in Level 3 garrisons at this time. She sells items that are purchased by Spooky Supplies (which appears to not take the place of Tricky Treat ) and Merry Supplies. These are earned doing dailies during their respected holiday. You do not need to do anything to get her to appear other than have a level 3 Garrison.

Decorations can only be seen in level 3 Garrisons. You can request Izzy Hollyfizzle to remove them, change which holiday decorations appear, or if you want them back you can ask her to redecorate your Garrison. Decorations can be added back to your Garrison at any time (even outside the holiday), and they will remain in your Garrison until you ask Izzy Hollyfizzle to remove them. So if you want pumpkins all year round you can! If you want candy canes and Winter Veil trees during the summer go for it!

Right now she only provides items for Hallow's End (Event Guide) and Feast of Winter Veil (Event Guide).

I have broken the information up into 3 sections: 1. Decorations she sells for your garrison, 2. Other Items she sells, and 3. Dailies to earn the holiday currency.

Decorations

Hallow's End Decorations:

These will add Hallow's End themed decorations to your level 3 garrison. Each decoration costs 5 Spooky Supplies each.

Hallow's Glow	"Pumpkins, candles and other decor for your garrison."	Adds jack o'lanterns, candles, and hanging ghosts throughout your garrison.
Seer's Invitation	"Invites an Arakkoa seer to your garrison."	Invites Spiritseer Ikalyi into your garrison. He will say "This land is dense with the departed. My magic will make them feel more welcome here." as well as having some of those "departed" flying around him.
Witch's Brew	"A Pandaren Brew Witch, who brings plenty of fresh brew for your garrison."	Brew-Witch Shadowpaw sets up shop in your garrison. You can click on her brew, and get yourself some Mysterious Brew, which turns you into an alemental.
Creepy Crawlers	"A ghoulish box of spectral rats, maggots, and spiders."	This infested your garrison with Spectral Spinner, Ghastly Rat, and Ghost Maggot. As well as Arachnis, who can drop Sack of Spectral Spiders

Winter Veil Decorations:

These will add Winter Veil themed decorations to your level 3 garrison. Each costs decoration 5 Merry Supplies each.

Imported Trees	"A festive collection of trees and presents."	Adds Winter Veil trees with presents throughout your garrison. At this time it is unknown if Father Winter will deliver presents to your garrison on Dec 25. These are nothing more than decorations.
Little Helpers	"Winter Veil helpers and a Winter Wondervolt."	This adds pairs of Lil' Snowfighters to your garrison who have snowball fights if you're Horde or Lil' Helpers if you are Alliance, a PX-238 Winter Wondervolt machine for easier access to change into a little helper, and the dancing goblin, Lil' Ralph, who you can chat with if Horde or you can chat with Erik who is getting presents ready on the Alliance side.
Festive Outfits	"Dress your garrison guards for the season."	Puts your guards in Winter hats, with and without the Winter Clothing (colors dependent upon your faction) and Gaudy Winter Veil Sweater (this is dependent on which race you have as guards). This will also put the title of "Jolly" or "Merry" on some of those who have the outfits on (e.g., Jolly Sentinel, Merry Guard, etc. ). Out of Alliance Gnome Guards do not. This also adds Snowman to your garrison. You can chat with him, but he does not respond to emotes.
Old Box of Decorations	"A collection of candy canes, mistletoe and stockings."	Hangs stockings throughout your garrison, lines the paths with candy canes, and decks the halls with mistletoe.

Decorations FAQ:

A. Do they disappear after the holiday?
Q. No they do not. They will remain in your garrison until you ask Izzy Hollyfizzle to remove them.

@Muffinus: Permanent, and you can turn your garrison into Halloween any time of year.

A. If I have Izzy Hollyfizzle remove them are they gone for good, and have to rebuy them?
Q. No, you just need to ask Izzy Hollyfizzle to redecorate when you want them back.

A. Are these BOP?
Q. No, they are account bound. So you can do the dailies and buy them on an alt then send them to another character (on your account) to use in their garrison. This means if you have 5 level 100's with level 3 garrisons you could get all the decorations for one character in one day.

A. Can I use them on a level 2 garrison?
Q. Yes, but you will not see the decorations until your garrison is upgraded to level 3.

A. Can I have individual items turned off?
Q. No, once you add the decoration you can only ask for all that season's decorations to be turned off or on.

A. Can I have a decoration removed completely from my garrison and keep the rest?
Q. It does not appear to be an option.

A. Can I have both Hallow's End and Winter Veil decorations up in my garrison at the same time?
Q. No, you cannot have both seasons at the same time. You can only have one, the other, or none.

A. Can I have all 5 decorations from one holiday displaying in my garrison?
Q. Yes, you can have all 5 decorations up in your garrison.

A. Can I buy the decorations at any time or just during the holiday?
Q. You can buy them at anytime if you have the currency for them. However, you can only earn the currency during the respected holiday season.

A. If I don't use the decoration before the holiday ends does it disappear?
Q. No, the decoration item does not require a holiday. Thus it does not expire once the holiday is over.

A. Do I have to get the decorations for each of my garrisons or if I add them to one they will show up in all?
Q. You need to get the decorations for each garrison you would like to have them in.

A. How do I know which decorations my character has?
Q. Check out dRAEMtYGER's post. They have written up a macro you can use in game to show which decorations your characters have.

Holiday Dailies

Hallow's End Dailies:

Dailies requires you to be level 100 and in a level 3 Garrison, and takes place in Shadowmoon Valley near Socrethar's Rise ( 39,73 and 39,85).

Mutiny on the Boneship	x2	Locate and kill Captain Bonerender out on one of the ships. Anyone who does damage to him will get create for the kill. He has the chance of dropping Coin of Many Faces
Culling the Crew	x1	Kill 12 Boneship Revelers, Salty Dregs, or Brackish Cultivators. They have the chance of dropping Coin of Many Faces.
Foul Fertilizer	x1	Destory Dread Fertilizer. These are kegs that spawn around the area. Be careful as they explode when destroyed so may want to use range attack if possible.
Smashing Squashlings	x1	Kill 6 Growing Squashling. These look like the older brothers of Sinister Squashlings. These are neutral until attacked, and can be kited a long distance.

Winter Veil Dailies:

Quest requires you to be level 100 and in a level 3 Garrison, and takes place in Frostfire Ridge near Bloodmail Slag Mines (46, 28).

Grumpus	x2	Locate and kill Grumpus. Anyone who does damage to him will get credit for the kill.
Menacing Grumplings	x1	Kill 8 Grumplings. They have a fairly quick spawn, and will be guarding the children and presents.
What Horrible Presents!	x1	Use the Spirit Bomb,in your bag, giving you area target to toss the Spirit Bomb on 5 Unusual Gifts. There is a min range for these, so stand a bit back away from them, and you can continue to target the one in the same location each time it spawns.
Where Are the Children?	x1	Locate and unlock cages that kidnapped children are in. Need to rescue 6 children, and cages will free multiple children.

Dailies FAQ:

Q. What level do I have to be to get the dailies?
A. You need to be level 100 to get the dailies.

Q. What level does my garrison have to be to get the dailies?
A. Your garrison needs to be level 3 for the quest giver to show up in your garrison.

Q. Who is the quest giver?
A. For Hallow's End it is Orukan, and for Winter Veil it is Almie (A) or Pizzle (H).

Q. Where is the quest giver located?
A. During their holiday season, you will be able to find them next to Izzy Hollyfizzle in your garrison.

Q. How many dailies are there?
A. There are 4 total dailies.

Q. Can I go to my friend's level 3 garrison and get the quests?
A. You can only get the quests if your character has a level 3 garrison.

Q. How many Merry Supplies/Spooky Supplies can I earn each day?
A. You can earn a total of 5 for each level 100 character you have with a level 3 garrison.

You can get rid of decorations sold by Izzy, by selecting "The party's over. Get rid of these decorations, Izzy" .
If you want them back just talk too Izzy again and select "Make my garrison ready for a Hallow's Eve party" (
Not sure if this is available after the Hallow's End Event)

While the decorations are awesome (thank you Blizz!) I do wish that we could have choices to implement each one singly, instead of all of them or none of them.

I used the Hallow's Glow, Ghoulish Guises, and Creepy Crawlers so far on my main. I wasn't all that impressed with the costumed guards, and now that I've captured the pets and gotten the toy from the rare, I'd really like to ditch the pets and the rare and keep only the actual decorations.

This NPC is a holiday vendor that sells items for Hallow's Eve and Winter Veil. In the Horde garrison she is standing at the center by the fire, and in the Alliance garrison she is next to the water fountain at the center. She only appears in a Level 3 Garrison.

The currency used for her Hallow's Eve items is Spooky Supplies, and for her Winter Veil items is Merry Supplies.

SPENDING Spooky Supplies/Merry Supplies Below are the items that can be purchased for Spooky Supplies. Item	Cost	Notes
Witch's Brew	Spooky Supplies X 5	This decoration brings a Pandaren witch to your garrison. Clicking on the cauldron in front of her will grant you Witch's Brew - an item that turns you into an alemental.
Creepy Crawlers	Spooky Supplies X 5	This decoration causes 3 exclusive halloween battle pets to spawn in your garrison. They can be battled similar to any wild pet, and can be captured. The 3 pets that spawn are: Ghastly Rat Ghost Maggot Spectral Spinner This decoration also causes the rare spawn Arachnis to appear in your garrison on a roughly 5-minute spawn timer. This NPC can only be looted once per day, and has a chance to drop the toy Sack of Spectral Spiders.
Seer's Invitation	Spooky Supplies X 5	This decoration places Spiritseer Ikalyi in your garrison, along with some Ghastly Guest NPCs that float around.
Hallow's Glow	Spooky Supplies X 5	This decoration puts pumpkin lanterns all around your garrison.

Little Helpers	Merry Supplies X 5	This decoration puts pairs of Lil' Snowfighters in your garrison (I counted a total of 5 pairs, 10 total) that throw snowballs at each other periodically, and spawns Lil' Ralph, a festively garbed dancing goblin. It also puts a PX-238 Winter Wondervolt machine just outside your garrison town hall that will transform your into a Little Helper. Useful for the Winter Veil achievement With a Little Helper from My Friends.
Festive Outfits	Merry Supplies X 5	This decoration dresses your guards in festive Christmas outfits (i.e. green or red Santa hats with or without Santa suits). It appears to be random as to how completely your guards will be dressed - some will have only Santa hats, while others will have a full Santa garb. Note that Ugly Christmas Sweaters are not part of these outfits!
Old Box of Decorations	Merry Supplies X 5	This decoration places candy canes along the edges of the paths in your garrison, and within your town hall will place a few hanging mistletoe and stockings.
Savage Gift	Merry Supplies X 5	Gift that contains ONE of the following: - 300 Oil - 300 Garrison Resources - 1000 Apexis Crystal - Medallion of the Legion - Frozen Arms of a Hero - Elixir of the Rapid Mind - Minion of Grumpus
Crashin' Thrashin' Killdozer Controller	Merry Supplies X 5	A toy that is part of the Crashin' Thrashin' Iron Armada set (collecting them all grants the achievement Iron Armada)

Some notes about the decorations outlined above:

Each character can buy 1 decoration per day, as the four dailies for each holiday provide a total of 5 Spooky Supplies/Merry Supplies per day.

The decorations are account bound, and can be sent to your other characters. As such, you can do the dailies on 4 alts and have all 5 decorations on your main on a single day!

They can only be displayed in a level 3 garrison.

Multiple decorations can be active in your garrison simultaneously.

Right-clicking a decoration to "use" it applies the effect described above to your garrison, and consumes the item. This effectively "unlocks" that decoration for your character, and it will be applied any time you choose after that.

You can speak to Izzy Hollyfizzle and select "The party's over. Get rid of these decorations, Izzy." to remove the decorations.

If you have cancelled the garrison decoration as above, speaking to Izzy again and selecting "Make my garrison ready for a Hallow's Eve party." will reapply all Hallow's Eve decorations you have unlocked.

If you have cancelled the garrison decoration as above, speaking to Izzy again and selecting "Make my garrison ready for a Winter Veil party." will reapply all Winter Veil decorations you have unlocked.

If you have unlocked more than one decoration, the above actions (to remove or restore the decorations) will do so to ALL decorations from the specified holiday, not just selected ones.

Decorations for Winter Veil and those for Hallow's Eve are mutually exclusive - you can only have Hallow's Eve or Winter Veil decorations active at any given time, and not both simultaneously.

You can switch from Winter Veil to Hallow's Eve decorations and vice versa by speaking to Izzy - this will overwrite one with the other, although you can switch back at any time.

The currency for the decorations (enabling you to buy them) is only available during Hallows End/Winter Veil. As such, these decorations can only be acquired then. However, the decorations can be applied to your garrison (after you have unlocked them) all year round!
The decorations persist in your garrison until cancelled, across more than one day, and even if you log out.

EARNING Spooky Supplies/Merry Supplies

Each holiday has 4 associated daily quests. Three of these quests reward 1 Spooky Supplies/Merry Supplies each, and one rewards 2 (for a total of 5 of the appropriate currency per day). All of the quests require a level 100 character with a level 3 garrison.
These currencies are used exclusively for items sold by Izzy Hollyfizzle - mostly garrison decorations.

Hallows Eve Quests
The Hallow's Eve quests are granted by Orukan in your garrison.
After you have acquired all 5 different decorations, the Spooky Supplies can be traded to Izzy Hollyfizzle 1:1 for Tricky Treats.

Mutiny on the Boneship	Captain Bonerender	Spooky Supplies X 2	This mini boss has 2 million health. He has a chance to drop the toy Coin of Many Faces. If you do not have flying, you can reach his ship (south of the Isle of Shadows) by a rope on the side facing the island.

Winters Veil Quests
After you have acquired all 5 different Winter's Veil decorations and the toy (Crashin' Thrashin' Killdozer Controller), the Merry Supplies can be used to purchase Savage Gifts from Izzy Hollyfizzle (5 supplies each).

Still haven't gotten your Minion of Grumpus to drop?
Still trying to complete your appearances with Illusion: Flames of Ragnaros or fill your toybox with Pineapple Lounge Cushion ?

This is how you farm Savage Gift and Stolen Present efficiently on multiple toons. Characters must be level 100 or higher and have a level 3 garrison.

Park all of your eligible toons in their garrisons.

Make sure you're hearthed in either Ironforge if you're Alliance and Orgrimmar if you're Horde or in your faction's Shrine in Pandaria.

Start each day by picking up the 4 Winter Veil dailies in your garrison

Where Are the Children?

from Pizzle if you are Horde or Almie if you are Alliance

It's about a 5 minute flight to Grumpus (Frostfire Ridge 45, 28) from the Alliance garrison. If it's your first time there make sure and pick up the Bloodmaul Slag Mines flight path at 51, 21 to make the later runs a bit less monotonous. For Horde it takes about a minute to fly there from your garrison.

Complete the 4 dailies.

It will usually take about 5 minutes to do all 4 quests, depending on the player traffic. *NOTE* - As of 5am maintenance on 12/19/2017 everything here scales with you so no one shotting the mobs any more, and the trash that dropped from them seems to either not drop for 110's or the rate is so low it doesn't even register.

Use your Dalaran Hearthstone . Take the Dalaran Crater portal (make sure you're prepared against the fall with Goblin Glider Kit or any toy/buff/spell/etc that slows falling or negates damage).

Fly to Growless Cave (Hillsbrad Foothills 44, 39).

Pick up You're a Mean One... or You're a Mean One... from Strange Snowman

You don't need to even tag the Greench just hang around until he's dead then talk to Metzen the Reindeer and grab a Stolen Treats

Use your Hearthstone to return to either Org/ IF or your Shrine then portal to Org/ IF. Turn in You're a Mean One... or You're a Mean One... for a Stolen Present

Use your Garrison Hearthstone Turn in the 4 Winter Veil dailies to
Izzy Hollyfizzle for 5 Merry Supplies which will buy you a Savage Gift from this same NPC.

Rinse and repeat on your alts. Takes under 15 minutes each if you don't have ADHD like me.

I was unsatisfied with the clarity of the instructions on the Alemental Costume others have posted, so I am adding my own.

Hallow's End is arguably one of the most important holidays to do on every toon.

You can only set up a toon with access to the Alemental costume once per year, during Hallow's End. Once you set it up, its available year-round.

Mysterious Brew

How to get the Alemental costume:

1. Be at least level 100.
2. Get a level 3 WoD garrison on the toon.
3. The Hallow's End holiday must be active. (October).
4. Talk to Orukan in your level 3 garrison and grab the dailies. Orukan
5. Complete the dailies to earn 5x Spooky Supplies
6. Talk to vendor Izzy Hollyfizzle in your level 3 garrison Izzy Hollyfizzle
7. Buy the Witch's Brew (garrison decoration) for 5x Spooky Supplies. Witch's Brew
8. Right-click on the Witch's Brew to apply it to your level 3 garrison.
9. Brew-Witch Shadowpaw will spawn in your level 3 garrison. Brew-Witch Shadowpaw She is at 47,54 in the Horde garrison and 43,46 in the Alliance garrison.
10. Next to Shadowpaw is a cauldron of brew.

Now the rules get strange.

11. If you hover your cursor over the cauldron, your cursor will turn into a gear. Click it and you will get an item called Mysterious Brew. This Brew is like the Hallowed Wands. You can use it to change anyone into an Alemental for 5 minutes. It can be yourself, a party or raid member, someone of your faction that you are not grouped with at all. It cannot be used on NPCs. The Brew has 5 charges and is unique. You cannot carry more than 1. The cauldron is only clickable if you were not carrying a brew when you entered your garrison zone and have not used it in your current visit yet. If the cauldron is not clickable, make sure you delete the brew from your bags, then do a quick zone out / zone in of your garrison and the cauldron will be clickable again.

The garrison decorations can be put on display year-round. So once you add this decoration to your garrison, you can use it 365 days of the year. You can only unlock it during Hallow's End, and it must be unlocked on every toon you have. It is not account-wide.

- as of Shadowland's prepatch, the macros bellow stopped working and need to be updated with
C_QuestLog.IsQuestFlaggedCompleted instead of IsQuestFlaggedCompleted

So the new macros are:
- for Feast of Winter Veil (i had to shorten out OldBoxOfDecorations to OldBoxOfDecs due to the 255 character limits for macros)

As I do with World Events... I've made a couple of AddOns, which I uploaded to Curse, for Winter Veil and Hallow's End. They give a ton of information about completing these World Events and of course include Garrisons.

If you do care to download then I hope that you found it useful.
