Destro Warlock - This spec is probably one of the few specs that does more damage than Frost Mage currently. They are also running some Venthyr build that works with their mastery. The downside of Destro is that they need many many targets to do good damage, but they have permanent Summon Infernal even without the Decrypted Urh Cypher CDR from Avatar of Destruction.

Survival Hunter - Incredibly bugged 4 set Mad Bombardier right now, and their tier set is giving them an unholy amount of damage. They are finishing keys at around 35k DPS overall in some spots compared to most other DPSes balmy 16k. If the tier set does not get bug-fixed then the spec will be the best in the game by far.

This doesn't mean anything, why do you don't talk about the mage from aster.y (Qingxinn) who did 48k overall on a halls 20. (ptr)
It really depends on the route/who are you playing with.
Even Gingi didn't do more than 24-25k overall on any keys so Im really wondering where did you get this number.
