can someone whose dad works at blizzard tell him to put more storms in the plains?i have seen a billion azure span & waking shores storms but literally only one plains (current + one before it, which are weirdly the exact same) since starting to work on the meta x_x
A little off topic but for scrolls don't bother with the chests. That was for farming them cheaply, when people weren't zerging chests. Just buy a bunch of scrying crystals and AoE farm elites, clicking a new crystal after each scroll.
Blizzard, please make the storm rotation deterministic.
One glorious day, I will see a Snowstorm in the Waking Shores and the Ohn'ahran Plains, and a Firestorm in the Ohn'ahran Plains...
It was better when there were two zones active at the same time.
With my work schedule, I only have time for 2 storms per day, at 8:00 and 11:00 pm and all day for the weekend (provided I stay home all day, which is fine because people are scary) I am seeking to complete this, without full grinding, since its conception. I am missing for months the last sandstorm in Ohn'ara.
After six months of waiting for the final storm I needed, it popped up yesterday.
I have been trying to farm over 7 characters over the last 2 weeks (working remote helps :) ) the Elemental Lariat recipe because my server is a bit dead and yeah I have noticed these issues, I think over 2/3 of the storms were in Azure Span, most of them being Air storms. For those who are trying to farm the recipe, there are also a bunch of bugs such as the rare dragon for each element (Karantuun/Bouldron/infernum/Crystalus) despawning because of their path (happens on Thaldrazus, Waking Shores' Dragonbane Keep and Azure Span's Brackenhide Hollow areas). The constant shard switch makes it horrible too, I have had storms with only 2 rare spawns and it was the same mob.So I have to fight RNG making sure the right element happens, on top of not having the same rare always spawns while also hoping I do not get switched to another shard.Reverting the changes to pre-10.0.7 would be a huge help for the people trying to get the achievement on top of making it more fair. Thankfully I did the achievement before that patch and it was much faster and easier. People should not destroy their sleeping because of bad RNG.
I'd genuinely love to know how many people accusing others of wanting the achievements 'handed' to them complain about timegating, cuz that's the common complaint for all these achievements. Not so much actually going around doing the work, but the fact a lot of it is sitting around waiting for credit to become available for whatever reason. No player should be defending sit-and-wait gameplay.
