To unlock the access to Crypts you need loot Atonement Crypt Key from Depraved mobs and complete Atonement Crypt Key.

/way 70,6, 55,8 Depraved Mobs

After complete Atonement Crypt Key you can now find Atonement Crypt Keys in the Halls of Atonement Atonement Crypts.

To open 50x Atonement Crypts you need farm 50x Atonement Crypt Key from Depraved mobs in Halls of Atonement.
Each Atonement Crypt drop around 50x Sinstone Fragments.

I got 50x Atonement Crypt Key after 2 hours farming.

Few things to note:

Only ONE person can loot a key from a mob, usually the first one who does it.
As someone said on the Achievement page, the keys achievement is NOT shared in a party, but you loot whatever the other guy opened

One of the best ways to farm keys is to actually farm reputation with The Avowed faction.

Specifically Grand Inquisitors drop quite a few. I got the bulk of my Keys from them.

The second best source is to wait until Gahiji the Tomb Raider is near the Bell and you can ring it.

This will debuff some of the mobs around the bell with an aura that will force them to drop a key. Again, as above, only THE FIRST person who loots the mob gets the key.

There is a bell @72.4, 49.4 with a venthyr standing next to it. At the middle of every hour (X:30), the bell will spawn with a friendly ghost, which can be repaired for 30 Infused Rubies to get a buff. If the ghost is Gahiji the Tomb Raider, repairing it will give you a 20 minute buff that increases the chance to get keys.

It's a lie; the buff rate is not noticeably higher. Instead, certain enemies nearby will have a buff that forces them to drop a key. My first bell I got 10 keys, and the second I got 7. If you can server hop, the same bell will be up on the other server (unless it's been repaired) and the same mobs (in my experience) will have the key buff.

If you park your character in the water next to the bell and check back every hour til the bell is up, you should be able to get your 50 keys in less than an hour played.

"Loot" from 52 Atonement Crypt Keys, as well as some additional info.
Rewards listed from most to least common.

Depraved Soul 15 (~29%)

Auto attacks and casts Spectral Shackle, has around 11.8k hp.
Overall these are the "treasure" I was awarded with the most, and from my observations drop a range of 43-60 Sinstone Fragments.

Humbled Soul 10-11 (~19-21%) *1

Friendly NPC that casts Humble Strength, applying a 30% dmg buff to you while in Revendreth, lasting 10 mins.
One thing to note is that this does not stack nor refresh the original buff; so you might want to cancel the aura manually to refresh, should you come across multiple of these.

Avowed Guarantor 8-9 (~15-17%) *1

Acts as a bodyguard for about 5 mins I estimate. They're actually pretty active in helping you out, casting Hamstring and Strike, doing a fair bit of dmg; for a bodyguard npc that is. They can sometimes accidentally aggro other mobs around them so do be mindful.

Lost Vault 6 (~11.5%)

A small chest, usually containing 40-60 Sinstone Fragments, various potions, either crafting reagents or a green and some grey trash.
Has about 10% chance to contain another Atonement Crypt Key. Though when I looted a key, I did not receive any Sinstone Fragments.
Additionally has a small chance to drop a blue/purple.*2

Crumbled Sinstones 4 (~7.7%)

A heap of crumbled sinstones that, when looted, will award you with a guaranteed 300 Sinstone Fragments.

Blistering Ash Ghoul 2 (~3.8%)

Auto attacks and uses Blazing Touch, has about 9.5k hp.
Drops a grey and some Sinstone Fragments. I'm gonna assume the same rate of 40-60, though I personally only observed two amounts in the low 40's.

Bored Dredger 2 (~3.8%)

Friendly NPC repair vendor. This guy does not give you a lot of time to browse his wares and runs off pretty fast, so be quick about your business.

Inquisitor Sinstone 2 (~3.8%) *3

Lootable sinstone that has a chance to contain any of the sinstones used to summon inquisitors for The Avowed faction rep and It's Always Sinny in Revendreth.
Drops green quality sinstones at a rate of about 18%, blue and purple at around 7% to 4%.

Mirror to Forgotten Noble's Chest 1 (<2%)

A standard Revendreth mirror that transported me to the closed off house @45.8,48.2. After taking the mirror, there will be a Forgotten Noble's Chest in direct view. Similar to the Lost Vault chest, this will drop some Sinstone Fragments, various potions, crafting reagents / uncommons and some trash items.
Additionally has a chance to drop a rare/epic.*2
Interestingly, you can proximity aggro mobs through the door, and both enter and exit the house with a Blink spell; however the treasure will not spawn should you decide to enter the house in this manner. If you take the mirror after sneaking in, you'll be teleported to Cryptkeeper Kassir @70,56 inside the crypt area.

Stashed Equipment 1 (<2%)

A weapon rack that when looted, has a chance to drop a blue/purple*2 greens, grey armor and some trash items. No Sinstone Fragments to be found here, unfortunately.
Mine contained 2 greens, 3 greys, 1 epic and one trash item.

*1 I started keeping track after kicking in some 8-9 crypts; so through the highly scientifical skill of advanced chat scrolling I was somewhat able to retrace my drops and thereby the corresponding mob/treasure. These two "rewards" don't log any entries in the chat and thus my best estimate of the range will have to do for the first few crypts. :)
*2 I assume these rarities depend on your WQ reward lvl; which can be raised through Renown Renown.
*3 I think I got lucky on the Inquisitor Sinstones. In reality this one probably goes into the <2% category
